In many cases new rocker arms are no longer available, so we are able to regrind the factory rockers back to the O.E.M spec.
Some antique motorcycle rockers are heavily damaged so a simple regrind isn’t possible, in this case we are able to hardface weld the cam pad back onto the rocker, then grind it back to factory spec. These rocker arms are $25 each.
As the engines are becoming more and more obsolete.. the rocker arm assemblies are almost impossible to find or buy parts for, so we are set up to rebuild them. If we are able to locate the assembly shafts then most of the time we are able to rebuild them. at this time we are not set up to install bushings and hone to fit the shafts.
